If you purchased from Amazon in the last 30 days, you must reach out to Amazon directly to discuss your replacement/refund options.
If your purchase is outside of 30 days, please submit a damage claim here with your Amazon receipt, and we can get the replacement process started for you. Please note, not all issues are covered under our warranty, such as normal wear and tear to exterior finishes and damage due to everyday use.
