Are dropped items covered under the warranty?

No, our warranty does not cover damages due to everyday use, including dropped items. Our one-year limited warranty covers damages as a result of a manufacturing defect, or damage sustained during transit if ordered from swiglife.com. The finish/design on our products is covered for up to 90 days after purchase.
