Can the address be updated after an order is placed?

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number created, we are no longer able to update the shipping address.

If your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, we would be happy to assist with having this reshipped at no cost to you.*

Please note that we do not refund or replace orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses.
