If you entered the wrong shipping address, please immediately contact us at hello@swiglife.com with the correct address and order number.
Online orders are submitted electronically to our remote warehouse facility immediately upon checkout, so they cannot be modified or canceled. The process is extremely automated for efficiency and doesn't give us the flexibility for modifications. However, we do try to change addresses if we can before the order leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to change the shipping address but you may be able to contact the carrier regarding a change!
