If orders are placed with incorrect shipping information, please contact us at hello@swiglife.com with the correct address and order number immediately. Orders are submitted to our fulfillment center upon checkout and may not be able to be modified; however, we do try to make address updates when possible.
Our customer service team is available 9am-5pm EST Monday through Friday (not including holidays). If you contact us outside of this time frame, we may not be able to assist you before the order has been processed by our warehouse, regardless of the time lapse between order placement and first communication. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to change the shipping address.
We do not replace or refund orders that have been placed with incorrect shipping addresses that were unable to be updated.
