All full-priced, unused, and not damaged cups, mugs, tumblers, coolers, bags, and accessories in their original packaging and drinkware labels are open to return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be originally purchased from swiglife.com. An SW order number is required to request a return.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return or exchange. This does not include items purchased using a discount code, promo code, or set.
No damaged or used items may be returned or exchanged. If your order arrived damaged, please fill out our warranty claim.
