Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be carefully processed and inspected. If the returned item(s) meet our return policy criteria, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Please keep in mind that this timeframe starts after the package is delivered to us and does not include transit time. Additionally, it may take an extra 5-10 business days for the refund to officially appear in your account after it has been issued.

you need to send shipping label to return the case of mugs you choose to send, AND I DID NOT ORDER. I HAVE NO NEED FOR A CASE OF YOUR TUMBLERS, and now I have no need for even one after this kind of business!
