Order confirmations are sent immediately upon checkout to the email address provided. If this is not received in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders as well.
When using Express Pay options, such as PayPal or Apple Pay, the order confirmation will be sent to the email address linked to that purchasing account.
Common reasons for not receiving an order confirmation are:
- Using an alternate email address
- Confirmation being sent to spam or junk
- Typos in the email address
