If an error is made on your personalized order, please immediately contact us at hello@swiglife.com. Please note that all orders are submitted to our warehouse facility immediately upon checkout. In the event that we are able to assist, your entire order will be canceled as edits are unable to be made once an order is confirmed. To help avoid errors, a mockup of your Swig with the personalization will be provided prior to adding to the cart. Please review this mockup to confirm the personalization is correct.
Please note that personalized Swigs are final sale and cannot be returned. Swig Life is not responsible for initials entered incorrectly and replacements will not be provided if the personalization matches what was on your checkout page.
