How do I put a can or bottle in a Can + Bottle Cooler?

A Swig Life Can +Bottle Cooler will fit a 12oz standard size can or bottle and the Skinny Can Cooler will fit a standard 12oz slim can. 

Start by unscrewing the ring at the top, slide the can or bottle in the Swig, and then screw the ring back on to secure it.
