How do I unsubscribe from text or email?

We're so sad to see you go! Here's how to unsubscribe and remove your number, or remove your email from our system.

For our SMS texts, pull up the text thread on your phone and text "stop" in response to a text. This will unsubscribe you.

You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking here and entering your email address. You can also always find the unsubscribe option at the bottom of our emails.
