There needs to be a phone number to contact you. I have sent a request on this format and no response. I have returned product to you over a week ago and no refund yet and no response to my requests for status and refund. I will be discontinuing my business with this company. I am not pleased in any way shape or form! It shouldn't take this long to get a refund, especially given I have taken the steps asked of me and putting return numbers on the outside of my package in order to expedite my return. This is not right.

I placed an order Jan.31 and finally got confirmation an order number SW822218 by email. When I check to see all my orders it does not show an order on Jan.31st. However, when I try to track the order, I get a message that says "this account does not have permission to manage this order". Then it says to log in with a different account. I only have 1 account and got my message with that account. My payment has been charged to the credit card. I need to talk to a representative.
On November 25th I ordered a checkmate Boxxie24 cooler that is suppose to arrive Dec 2nd. It was suppose to be on sale with a 60% discount for $51.98 , order #SW1037077. My transaction charged me $64. 98 plus shipping and taxes which came to $78.04. Please send a refund to my account
So, I’d like to know if you happen to have any more of the collapsable straw and brush sets anywhere in warehouse. You see for me, it’s not an environmental thing. My husband had the entire roof of his mouth and jawbone recreated after cancer. He cannot drink without aspirating without a straw to help direct the fluid. We absolutely must keep a straw with us at all times, and this little combo (which I keep availing my key chain) been a lifesaver saver. Any chance there are any left in wear-house that I can purchase?
