There needs to be a phone number to contact you. I have sent a request on this format and no response. I have returned product to you over a week ago and no refund yet and no response to my requests for status and refund. I will be discontinuing my business with this company. I am not pleased in any way shape or form! It shouldn't take this long to get a refund, especially given I have taken the steps asked of me and putting return numbers on the outside of my package in order to expedite my return. This is not right.

I placed an order Jan.31 and finally got confirmation an order number SW822218 by email. When I check to see all my orders it does not show an order on Jan.31st. However, when I try to track the order, I get a message that says "this account does not have permission to manage this order". Then it says to log in with a different account. I only have 1 account and got my message with that account. My payment has been charged to the credit card. I need to talk to a representative.
