If any Swig Life product has been modified or personalized through painting, etching, decals, engraving, embroidery, or other means (outside of Swig Life's official monogram etching on swiglife.com), we are not able to accept any damage claims on the item. We cannot guarantee that the processes described above did not have an effect on the product and we can no longer honor our warranty terms.
