Can I change items in an order, add items to an order, or cancel an order?

Online orders are submitted to our remote fulfillment center immediately upon checkout so they can be extremely difficult to cancel. The process is extremely automated for efficiency and doesn't give us the flexibility for modifications. We can certainly assist you with a return once you have received your order if needed.
