Here are the reasons your Perks Points may not be linking to your account:
- Your order was placed under a different email address. Your Perks Points account is linked to your email and your order needs to be placed using your email to automatically receive points. Reach out to us at hello@swiglife.com with your order number beginning in SW and which account you'd like your points linked to.
- Your order was not placed on swiglife.com. Orders not placed directly with us are not eligible for points.
- You do not have an active Perks Points account. To check if you have an active account, please go here to login.
