Reasons your Perks Points may not be showing correctly on your account:
Your order was placed under a different email address. Your Perks Points account is linked to your email and your order needs to be placed using that email to automatically receive points.
Your order was not placed on swiglife.com. Orders not placed directly with us are not eligible for points.
You do not have an active Perks Points account. To check if you have an active account, please go here to login.
If you believe you are missing points from your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (beginning with SW) and email address associated with your swiglife.com account.
