If your tracking information has not been updated in several business days, please check to make sure the carrier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) does not need any clarifying information such as an updated address, or a signature.
If no information is needed, please see the last status that your tracking number lists under the updates or history.
If your order is international and was last updated at a customs location, please check the tracking information in a few days to see if it has been updated, as customs may take extra time to clear.
