If your tracking information says your order is delivered, but the package was not received please follow the steps below:
- Check the address used on your order is correct via your account or order confirmation email. Remember to confirm any apartment or building numbers are correct as well.
- If the address is correct, please continue with the steps below. If it is wrong, please reach out to us at hello@swiglife.com with your order number beginning in SW and the correct address.
- Please reach out to the carrier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) to see if they can confirm the delivery of your order. Your order may have been incorrectly scanned, and they will be able to get you your package faster than we can reship it if this is the case.
- If the carrier does not have an answer for you, please reach out to us at hello@swiglife.com with the carrier's response attached and your order number beginning in SW so we can assist!
