If your tracking shows that your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
Verify the Shipping Address: Check that the address used for your order is correct. You can do this via your account or your order confirmation email. Don’t forget to confirm any apartment or building numbers.
Check with Neighbors: Ask your neighbors or other household members if they may have received the package on your behalf.
Wait for 2 Business Days: Please allow an additional 2 business days, as carriers may sometimes prematurely mark packages as delivered.
File a Claim: If 2 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your package, we ask that you file a claim with the carrier using the links below:

UPS: Contact them via phone at 800-742-5877.
Notify Us: Once you have filed the claim, please email us a screenshot of the claim number so we can process a replacement for you right away.
