If you have a damaged Swig or are having an issue with a cooler or drinkware item, submit a damage claim here and we can get the process started for you right away. And please note, not all defects are covered under our warranty, such as normal wear and tear to exterior finishes and damage due to everyday use.
At this time, we are unable to accept international damage/warranty claims from purchases made outside of swiglife.com. If you purchased your Swig through an international retailer, please contact that retailer directly about a replacement.
