When should I receive a refund for a return?

We only process refunds for approved return requests. Once your return has been received at our facility, it will be processed and inspected. If the returned item(s) meet our return policy criteria, your refund will occur within 7-10 business days.

Please note: This is after the package has been delivered to our facility, and does not include transit time. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to officially post in your account after they have been issued.
